Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Writer to prepare high-quality, informative and compelling documentation for our chips, software development frameworks, applications and development hardware in English and Chinese. You will join a team of talented writers and translators who work collaboratively with our R&D engineers, hardware designers, software developers, product managers and customers to make our products easier to program, faster to integrate and more attractive to use. The successful candidate is a team player willing to partner with external and internal teams in developing and publishing the content. If you have experience preparing technical documentation, high attention to detail and a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand, this job is for you.

Job Description / Objectives of this Role
1. Develop technical documentation (see https://www.espressif.com/en/support/documents/technical-documents) that meets company standards consistently across all the products;
2. Obtain in-depth understanding of Espressif hardware and software products to translate complex product information into simple, well organized, and user engaging content;
3. Evaluate customer needs for documentation to provide the most suitable content;
4. Evaluate existing documentation to improve the content and keep it up to date;
5. Develop, improve and maintain team's documentation style standards, templates, guides, tools and work-processes.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
1. Collect input data, write and update new and existing documentation, working directly with product development teams. Edit and standardize content drafted by subject matter experts, review content prepared by other team members. Contribute to the planning and scheduling of content deliverables with stakeholders, communicate progress and risks towards the planning. Participate in review meetings.
2. Study internal and external resources on Espressif and related products, review product details with development engineers, subject matter experts and product managers to provide accurate, relevant and easy to use documentation.
3. Collect and analyze customer feedback, track technical support forums, review technical articles and publications to understand the needs for documentation and related issues faced by customers.
4. Periodically review documentation by similar companies to keep Espressif documentation up to date, relevant, matching and exceeding standards in the industry.
5. Contribute to development of documentation standards, templates, tools and work-processes used by the team and other parties that participate in delivering of documentation.

Qualifications and Skills
1. Master's degree in Engineering, Technical Communication, English or Translation;
2. CET-6 or TEM-8 certification;
3. Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese, with a focus on quality and attention to detail;
4. Able to draft / create visuals and diagrams;
5. Passionate about writing, patient, curious, and with a keen eye for detail;
6. Able to quickly learn and understand complex technical topics;
7. Interested in sciences and technology, willing to acquire new knowledge;
8. Competent in using software tools to aid documentation preparation, review, development, translation and publishing, able to quickly learn and master new tools;
9. Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work with subject matter experts and stakeholders;
10. Skilled at prioritization and handling of multiple projects simultaneously, able to work in a fast-paced environment;
11. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience (not required for new graduates) writing technical documentation including procedural materials;
12. Able to work on a team with geographically distributed members.

岗位职责

1、根据会计准则和相关会计制度，审核会计凭证，保证账务处理的一致性和规范性，完成月度账务处理；

2、负责总账、明细账、辅助账检查对账、调账、结账工作；

3、负责日常税收申报、缴纳等工作，保持与税务等职能部门的良好协调与沟通；

4、编制和分析各种财务报表、财务数据，并报送相关部门；

5、负责会计档案管理，定期出具财务报表；

6、按公司的实际需求，优化相应的财务流程及工作内容；

7、配合完成外部审计；

8、完成上级交办的其它工作。

任职要求

1、财经类专业本科以上学历；

2、3 年以上财务会计工作经验，能独立操作全盘账务处理，熟悉海外会计准则，有涉外会计工作经验优先； 

3、英语可作为工作语言；

4、能够熟练使用 EXCEL、WORD 等相关办公软件，使用过 SAP 系统优先；

5、具有较强的沟通协调能力、分析能力，很强的责任意识、保密意识和原则性；

6、工作细致认真，积极主动，擅于思考，执行力佳，具有团队合作精神和独立解决问题的能力，可接受强度工作压力。
